Welcome to Entym Fashion Tours

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Customer") and Entym Fashion Tours ("we," "us," or "our") when you book our fashion tour services or purchase tickets. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1

Bookings & Payments

Booking Process

Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Entym. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received and a signed Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk Waiver is submitted.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe. Cash payments are not accepted unless specified.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and booking information.
Age Restrictions: Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Important Notice

You must contact us directly to request a resend if the confirmation email is not received due to incorrect email addresses or delivery issues. Entym is not liable for such issues.

Section 2

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation by Entym

Entym may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety, force majeure, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will be offered:

Full refund of your payment
Option to reschedule to another available tour date

No-Shows

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Section 3

Late Policy

Arrival: Your private tour guide is booked for the duration specified. If your group arrives more than 10 minutes late, the waiting time will be deducted from the tour length.
No-Show: If no contact is made within 15 minutes of the scheduled meeting time, the tour will be cancelled with no refund.
Contact: In case of delay, please contact us during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST).

Section 4

Participant Responsibilities

Punctuality: Arrive on time at the meeting point specified in your confirmation email
Transportation: Arrange your own transportation to and from tour locations
Health & Accessibility: Disclose any medical conditions or accessibility needs at booking
Conduct: Behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, and third parties
Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal items

Right to Remove

Entym reserves the right to remove any person behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner without refund.

Section 5

Liability & Insurance

Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign a Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk Waiver before booking confirmation. Failure to provide a signed waiver will result in cancellation without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Participants accept full responsibility for their health, safety, belongings, and conduct during the tour. Tours may involve walking, navigating crowded areas, or other physical activities.

Limitation of Liability

Entym, its employees, guides, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim unless caused by our proven gross negligence.

Insurance Recommendation

Entym does not provide travel, health, or liability insurance. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover potential risks.

Section 6

Photography & Media Consent

Entym may capture photos or videos during tours for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission to use your image or likeness in such materials.

Opt-Out: To opt out of photography or media use, email us before your tour date
Personal Photography: You are welcome to take photos during the tour for personal use

Sections 7-14

Additional Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, and tour materials are the exclusive property of Entym. No reproduction without written permission.

8. Weather Conditions

Entym is not responsible for weather conditions that may affect your tour experience. No refunds for weather unless we cancel the tour.

9. Complaints

Inform your guide immediately of any concerns. Submit formal complaints within 30 days of your tour date.

10. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances while maintaining overall tour value.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information to process bookings as outlined in our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.

12. Force Majeure

Entym is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. We may revise Terms at any time.
