Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that the Activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (e.g., strains, fractures, or accidents)
• Property damage or loss (e.g., damage to personal belongings)
• Emotional distress
• Death
• Other unforeseen risks arising from the nature of the Activity

The Participant understands that these risks may result from their own actions, the actions of others, or the negligence of the Company. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown.

The Participant knowingly and freely assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the Activity, even if such risks arise from the negligence or carelessness of the Company, its employees, agents, or affiliates. The Participant accepts full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participating in the Activity.

The Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the Participant while participating in the Activity. This release applies even if the loss, damage, injury, or death is caused by the negligence of the Company or its representatives.

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or related to the Participant's participation in the Activity. This includes claims brought by third parties as a result of the Participant's actions or conduct during the Activity.

The Participant represents that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the Activity. The Participant affirms that they have no medical conditions, disabilities, or impairments that would prevent safe participation or increase the risk of harm to themselves or others. If the Participant has any relevant medical conditions, they have disclosed them to the Company in writing prior to the Activity.

The Participant acknowledges that their participation in the Activity is entirely voluntary. The Participant has had the opportunity to ask questions about the Activity and understands the nature of the risks involved.

In the event of an emergency, the Participant authorizes the Company to secure medical treatment on their behalf if the Participant is unable to provide consent. The Participant agrees to assume all costs associated with such medical treatment.

The Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the Activity. The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

The Participant agrees to follow all instructions provided by the Company's representatives during the Activity. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Activity without refund, and the Participant assumes all risks associated with non-compliance.

The Participant has carefully read and fully understands the terms of this Waiver. The Participant is signing this Waiver freely and voluntarily, with the intention of being legally bound by its terms. The Participant acknowledges that they are giving up substantial legal rights by signing this Waiver, including the right to sue the Company for negligence.
